If you were the CEO of your company, what things would you make compulsory, and what’s one thing you would ban? Compulsory = quarterly team retreats focused on data & process to goal updates from every single team member. Accountability is necessary! Ban = clock in / clock out mentality. Do the best work at the time when the best work comes for you. “8 hour days” would be a thing of the past – some days, 4 hours are sufficient and other days, 16 hours are necessary.
What’s your dream job? I’ve always said that fundraising for a children’s hospital would be my dream job – and oh look, I’m living it!
If you could live in any TV house, which house would it be? Without question, I would live in the “Full House” house. Placing the beauty & location of the home aside, I love how that home was always bustling with people, laughter & joy. I aspire to have a home with an open door policy, inspired by the Tanner family!
If you could design the food pyramid without any health consequences, what would it look like? Wine & Cheese would make up 50% of it. The other 50% would be made up of locally sourced meat, salted butter & coffee (always coffee).
What’s one (or two) things people would say you do really well? Event Planning, and Traveling
What do you need help with most? Professionally – connections to the “right” person at major local companies to discuss nonprofit partnerships / sponsorships. Personally – building a broader base of adventure seeking friends!
