One of my previous articles touched on the varying issues of nutrition and the knowledge you need to create a solid nutrition plan. For this article, I wanted to share tangible products that you can add to your already existing diet.

Creating a customized nutrition plan leaves the door open to millions of options that well, not everyone has time for. Below are my go-to items. Add them to your diet and improve your health even if you eat out regularly, consume alcohol, or are “just the worst” at this!

Vitamin C – As explained, this is water soluble so it should be ingested daily.  Eat lots of oranges, strawberries, grapefruit, or my go-to Emergen-C (mix in a large glass of water). Vitamin C is great for cell renewal (newer cells = more efficient cells).

Probiotics – If you are dairy inefficient like some people I know, yogurt might not be the easiest to consume.  Try kombucha, specifically fresh kombucha (keep an eye out for my next article detailing my “bucha challenge”).

Vitamin A –This vitamin is fat soluble, so I am not suggesting you take it as a supplement.  Just eat foods with high levels like pumpkin, carrots, and sweet potatoes.  Vitamin A is great for your skin, eyes, and bones.

Water + Lemon – This is not a joke, people.  I had a friend tell me once that the water he took with medicine made more of a difference than the medicine. I believe it. Your body is around 60% water, drinking water regularly makes sure you never get dehydrated and the lemon helps with PH balance – win/win!

What benefits have you seen by adding these kick a$$-ers to your diet?
